Shipping and returns - Dispatch of your parcel
Parcels are generally dispatched within 2 to 4 days (excluding public holidays and weekends) after receipt of payment. They are sent via Colissimo and delivered to a collection point (shipping cost: €2.50) and/or to your home address (shipping cost: €4.50) with signature. All shipments follow this process; there is no express option. We will send you a link to track your parcel online.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging fees as well as postage. Preparation fees are fixed, while transport costs vary according to the total weight of the parcel. We recommend grouping all your items into a single order. We are unable to combine two separately placed orders, and shipping costs apply to each of them. Your parcel is sent at your own risk, but particular care is taken with fragile items.
Deliveries within mainland France and Corsica only.
Box sizes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
